We've previously reserved our mouth-watering Mountain Primal Short Ribs for our restaurant partners, but are now opening them up for everyone to enjoy.

Don't be intimidated by restaurant preparation and online recipes that overcomplicate. We prefer to just season with salt and pepper, slow-smoke, and call the team in to enjoy some fall-off-the-bone "ranch candy". Once these are dealt out, all conversation comes to an abrupt stop!
